By accessing or using our website, submitting a form, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Sentry Jiu-Jitsu provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, judo, striking & combatives, and self-defense instruction for all ages at our academy in Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania. Our programs include Adult Jiu-Jitsu (Gi & No-Gi), Kids Jiu-Jitsu, and Striking & Combatives. We also offer a free trial for new students.
Our website is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may only use this website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Parents or legal guardians must submit enrollment information and provide consent on behalf of minors participating in our youth programs.
We offer a free trial to new students — a free first week of classes with no commitment. The free trial is limited to one trial period per individual. Participation in a free trial does not create an obligation to enroll or purchase a membership. All participants (or their parent/guardian for minors) may be required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any class.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, judo, striking, and self-defense training is a physical, contact activity that involves physical exertion and risk of injury. By participating in any class, training session, or event at Sentry Jiu-Jitsu, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with martial arts training, including but not limited to sprains, strains, bruises, fractures, and other physical injuries.
All participants (or a parent/guardian on behalf of a minor) are required to sign a waiver and release of liability prior to participation. This waiver releases Sentry Jiu-Jitsu, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries sustained during training, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
